Please need recipes that does not need too much salt. Recently had a high blood pressure scare and was advised among other things to reduce/eradicate salt from my meals. I have tried to use google search engine but what I get is “oyinbo” recipes. Thanks in advance.

Spice level wise they are on the same scale but scotch bonnet peppers are overall slightly sweeter than habanero peppers

      HI,
always liked different cuisines this one look amazing, will definitely try and let you know. Actually, I am looking for African food with Indian touch. For reference for indian dishes check vahchef recipes(www.vahrehvah.com) for easiest process.

This Suya Pasta recipe looks delicious and easy to make. I appreciate the author’s willingness to answer questions and offer alternative ingredient options. The suggestion to use any protein and add suya spice to the pasta sauce is a great way to personalize the dish. I look forward to trying this recipe myself!
