This Cameroonian dish Poulet DG reminds me a lot of Dodo Gizzard except gizzard is used in the latter. The methods are similar but Poulet DG somehow just feels healthier. It may seem that way because of all the vegetables you can incorporate into the dish. I mean you can still do same with dodo gizzard
