• Honey Garlic Oxtail Bites with Plantain

Valentines day is coming is drawing nigh. I am challenging the men that follow the Afrolems brand to take charge of this occasion. This honey garlic oxtail bites is first on the list. If you need practice time, practice today! You can always boil the oxtail a few days in advance and keep in the fridge with the stock. That way, you are not doing a lot of cooking on the day of.  I really believe in the guys that follow this blog, you can do it! This recipe is so easy the only thing that takes up the time is boiling your oxtail till soft. If you have a pressure cooker, that would be a good option to use to get your oxtail soft. For the green vegetable to use, you can use parsley if you have access to that as parsley masks the smell of garlic in your mouth. You can skip on the plantain altogether or you can add it to make it more interesting. Ladies if you want your boo to entertain you this valentines day with a home cooked meal, stay tuned for my next few posts. I may make a book out of it so you can download it and give them 🙂 Enjoy this simple recipe.
