• Snail Pasta Stir Fry

Yes I have been missing in serious action because life happened. I apologize for the silence from me but truth be told, I was recovering from NYSC camp (story for another day) and I was having social exhaustion. So I really didn’t want to put things out just because. I hope you are excited for my Christmas menu that would feature in the next few weeks. In the mean time, I posted on my social media accounts that I would be adding green vegetables to everything i eat this week and my spaghetti is no exception. This simple snail pasta stir fry recipe was the perfect lunch this week. It was not stressful to make and it is very versatile. You can use shrimps, beef, chicken, fish or whatever else is available to you. Hope you enjoy it.
