Fruit and Vegetable Carving Classes are not available in Nigeria but Sora Tulip is bringing it home to Nigeria! There is only one fruit and vegetable carving academy in Africa.
On the average, to register for carving classes in Europe or Asia where it is mostly common. One level/module costs $650-$700. This amount excludes Visa Application, Flight Tickets, Hotel Accommodation, Stipends and special fruit carving tools.
The first classes start July 21st 2014 to 1st August 2014 in Lagos Nigeria and will cost N150,000 for each level.
Who Should Attend
Individuals, Professional Caterers, Chefs etc. who both run their own businesses or work in hospitality. We welcome students of all ages from all walks of life.
Be assured that, you CAN and WILL learn the techniques regardless of age etc.
Course Outline
The course is divided into 3 modules, being basic, intermediate and advanced.
Each level lasts one week. Students get the tool free if they enrol for the whole course. If a student enrols for the basic and intermediate they get the Thai carving knife only. 90% of the carving is done with the carving knife.
The advanced course covers the most intricate patterns on fruits and vegetables.
