ESSENTIALS OF ADVENTURE
(SERVES 4)
- 4 packets of Golden Penny Seafood Noodles
- 24 large shrimps
- ½ cup each of peas and sweet corn kernels
- 1 green pepper sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 crumbled seasoning cube
- 1 tablespoon salt (to taste)
- 1 table spoon of sugar
- 1 can or 2 cups of coconut milk
- Small piece of ginger (grated)
- 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- Lime juice
- 3 table spoons of vegetable oil
CULINARY MAP
- Heat oil in a wok (or pot)
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook till golden
- Add the curry powder and seasoning cube, stir and add the coconut milk (with a cup of water if milk is thick)
- When boiling, add the uncooked golden penny Seafood Noodles
- Cook for 2 minutes and add the rest of the ingredients
- Simmer for another 3 minutes and serve
