• White Chocolate Cranberry and Almond Fudge 2nd Day of Christmas

On the second day of Christmas, my true love gave to me White chocolate cranberry and almond fudge; Now that’s a mouth full. A co-worker brought in some walnut fudge and I decided to try it. It tasted really yummy and immediately had a mental block that I would not be able to make it. She told me it was really easy and gave me her recipe. I decided to experiment with some ingredients I had at home to make another type of fudge that reminded me of Christmas. For some reason, cranberries give me that Christmassy feeling. I have never been able to make desserts well but this seemed pretty straightforward when I made it. If you are like me, you would find that this is extremely easy to make. Seasons Feedings..Enjoy!
