When I uploaded my first green juice recipe, I got questions on what recipes worked better for green juice healthy weight gain. Yes there is such a thing as healthy weight gain. Not everyone is trying to lose weight as hard as that is to believe. For my friends trying to gain some healthy weight, I got you! It is important that on your quest to gain weight that you do not end up with just junk food with the hopes that it would help you fill up. All that ends up happening is you end up with bad fat that with age turns into a disease problem. Avocado is a great source of healthy fat which is why I included it in this recipe. Recipe for Avocado Spinach Banana Green Juice
Ingredients (Makes 1 tall glass)
1/2 Avocado
1 cup of Chopped Spinach
1 Banana
1 cup of Water
Method
Chop and blend all your ingredients with water and serve cool. You can add ice to your drink or even blend with coconut water.
