• Suya flavored Mashed Potato

As an 8 year old, I was so excited when my sister was born. The house was always filled with many options of the same dish in puree or mashed form. Mashed potatoes were my sister’s favorite and my mum used to make it differently each time for her but my sister’s favorite was with butter. Fast forward a few years, I realized that mashed potatoes were a must at every holiday table and this holiday it got me thinking of how differently to serve it. I visited Get Grill in Toronto picked up some Suya and decided to add it to my mashed potatoes. Oh by the way, Get grill makes the most amazing suya in Toronto, you should check them out. I made a very small serving of this but if you want to make this for a party, you would need a lot more potatoes, suya and vegetables.
